Weekly activity checker
Enter a typical week and see how it compares with the CDC's guidelines for adults: at least 150 minutes of moderate activity (or 75 minutes of vigorous activity) and muscle strengthening on at least 2 days.
How it's worked out
- 1 minute of vigorous activity counts about the same as 2 minutes of moderate activity, so vigorous minutes are counted twice.
- Not sure which is which? With moderate activity you can talk but not sing. With vigorous activity you can only say a few words before pausing for breath.

If you have a long-term health condition or are pregnant, ask your doctor what level of activity is right for you.
